The foundation of therapeutic massage. Long, flowing effleurage strokes combined with gentle kneading releases stress, surface tension, improve circulation, and eases the nervous system into a state of deep rest. Ideal for first-time clients or anyone needing a full reset.

Therapeutic
Deep Tissue Massage
Firm, deliberate pressure targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Effective for chronic tension, postural imbalances, and areas of persistent tightness. Not a painful experience — deep tissue work is controlled and purposeful, always within your comfort.

Before you book
- All sessions are conducted in a secured private room and you are not separated from your clothing or personal effects at any time. Clients are welcome to undress to their level of comfort.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit to complete a brief intake conversation. We will discuss areas of concern, touch preferences, areas to focus on, and mutual boundaries.
- Cash and e-transfers are exclusive methods of payment. Services are not eligible for benefit claims, insurance is not accepted and receipts are not offered. Gift certificates are available — contact the studio to arrange.
