Privacy Policy

When you submit a booking request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), preferred appointment details, and any health or touch-preference information you choose to share.

We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate relevant updates about your booking.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Health and touch-preference information is used only to provide appropriate care and is never disclosed to outside parties.

Any health-related information you provide (including allergies, injuries, or touch preferences) is treated as sensitive personal health data. It is stored securely, accessed only by your practitioner, and retained only as long as necessary to provide your care.

Booking and contact records are retained for up to two years to support ongoing client care and comply with applicable professional standards. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us.

Under PIPEDA and applicable Ontario law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
